When will my order ship?

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping because each item is made to order through Printify.

After production, shipping usually takes:

U.S.: 3–7 business days


Why does my order take longer than Amazon?

Unlike large retailers, our products are custom printed when you order them, rather than stored in a warehouse. This allows us to create unique designs while reducing waste.


Can I change my order?

Orders can only be modified within a short time after purchase before production begins.

Please email us immediately if you need to request a change.


My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will gladly work with our production partner to resolve the issue.


Do you accept returns?

Because each item is custom made, we typically do not accept returns for size or color selection.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some items may ship separately because they are produced at different fulfillment facilities.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping times may range from 10–30 business days, depending on the destination.
